Will it preserve cover better? Thanks** A: Mine is over five years old and has been used hard. It will cost extra. **Q: does this canopy have velcro on the inside to attach sides?** A: Yes it does. The velcro seems very effective and the velcro on the frame lines up well with the velcro on the canopy. After the canopy arrived, I opened the frame partially, installed the top and opened it fully open. It has held up through ice and snow but we did use a broom periodically and stand underneath the tent pushing up on the canvas to make the snow and ice slide off so it wouldn’t get too heavy. We give this product an A+. (Weights sold separately) Update: suggestions. The roof frame needs extra poles because the heavy rain made the canvas droop and hold water making the hollow poles break. The canvas was still in tact so we kept it for other uses.
