Review: Long-lasting Dehydrator Sheets - These are definitely long lasting. I've had them in my dehydrator for a few years. They clean easily and are non-stick. I've had a variety of cookies and decorations on them too- and they were easy to clean. For cookie decorating, they allow the air to flow through the dehydrator well. I originally cut them to fit my dehydrator trays and it was super easy. I noticed one time that they picked up a smell after cleaning, so I do not clean with anything scented anymore. Overall, these are great quality and I highly recommend them. I will be purchasing these again when needed.

**Q: Are these as good as the mats that come in the excaliber**
A: No these are not as good as the ones that come with the Excalibar. They are thicker and the holes are smaller. I felt that the air did not circulate through them nearly as well as the ones that come with the Excalibar.

**Q: Has someone tried growing small microgreens on them?**
A: I use these combined with paper towels to grow microgreens. They work well by themselves for varieties with larger seeds like pea sprouts, but for smaller seeds like arugula, you'll need some sort of media to keep the seeds from falling through the holes in the sheets. Hope this helps

**Q: Can these sheets be used on a cookie sheet for dehydrating cranberries in an oven using the dehydrate setting?**
A: Yes, but put 5hese sheets on a cookie rack to let the air flow underneath the food you’re drying.
