A: There is no expectation date on the bottle.  It does have a long shelf life, they haven’t gone rancid on me.

A: Most essential oils and their by products, if stored in a tight glass bottle, and placed in a cool/dry place, will remain potent for a long time.
We use Arnica Oil so fast that have never bothered about an Expiration Date. Better check the label or ask the supplier.

**Q: is this for external use only? or can it also be used as an internal lubricant?**
A: External only my wife loves this stuff smells great though
