I am a terrible cook and easily intimidated. I CANNOT believe that I made delicious mozzarella! This cheese-making kit has all that you need to make mozzarella, ricotta and more (well...you do need to supply the milk of course)! I was able to put together a nice fresh caprese within an hour. The whole process is so much fun and I imagine would make a great family activity - making curds and whey is like magic! Imagine family night making mozzarella and then putting together homemade pizzas - Yummy! The instructions are easy to read and understand - definitely created for "nervous Nellies" like myself. With cheese cloth, recipe book and small amounts of ingredients. My only problem is that it comes with a rennet tablet instead of rennet liquid. The tablets are hard to handle for the size batches that this kit makes.
