**Q: Can I remove the stickers often and replace them  by ordering for new sets?**
A: I suggest you not, find a flat ground, stick the pad to it and you don't have to move it often. This set comes with two stickers, I think they are enough.

**Q: How to install this Sit-up assistant instrument to have better suction?**
A: Please install according to the packaging product instructions or webpage product description. Tear off the film of the suction cup and soak it. At the same time, press the front and rear switches after installation to obtain strong suction.

**Q: can’t this sit up bar be used on a wooden floor or not?**
A: It can be used in some wooden floor, such as the Mirror Wooden Floor with plat and smooth surface. The suction cup should be avoided in the cracks of the floor, otherwise it cannot form a vacuum state and cannot provide sufficient suction.

**Q: Can you remove it after exercise? Install at remove everyday? Or do we need to find a permanent spot for it?**
A: It can be relocated, however, it only comes with 2 adhesive strips. Also, if it gets too dry it sometimes needs to be re moistened and put back into place.
