No more cystic acne, painful periods, and PMS symptoms have been greatly diminished. I no longer have cysts on my ovaries either. Amazing product. **Q: Why do the capsules smell like mothballs?** A: I have tried this and other brands (manufacturers) of Indole-3-carbinol and they ALL smell like this.
