This book is made in an easy way to read and understand. It is truly made for beginners having detailed instructions put down in a simple understandable way. I really loved the nice recipes it contained including recipes for starter discard. I have already tried some of the recipes and it worked well. I have about 20 books on bread, its a nuisance to convert yeast recipes to sourdough. No need here. Its all sourdough even whitebread. Recipes are easy to follow, foolproof and deliver even white breads only made with sourdough. Without the usual artsy talk and i did this because of that and my way is the best...this book just consistently delivers
