I have one but my recipient has lost the black cover so my rice is starting to stick to the pot** A: yes, you should be able to but any part you need **Q: Are instructions included for cooking grits, oatmeal or mac & cheese?** A: I didn't get any instructions for the items you mentioned only basic measurements for rice. **Q: How do I use this product for 220 to 240 volts? ?** A: I do not know the answer to that. I bought two of these rice cookers and they are the standard 120 volts here in America. The reason I got these is that the other rice cooker I purchased was 230 volts and our house do not have commercial sockets/plugs. Here are 230 volt rice cookers: https://www.webstaurantstore.com/14617/commercial-rice-cookers-rice-warmers-and-sushi-rice-containers.html ## Frequently Bought Together - Hamilton Beach Proctor Silex Commercial 37560R Rice Cooker/Warmer, 60 Cups Cooked Rice, Non-Stick Pot, Hinged Lid, Stainless Steel Housing, 1 Year Warranty - Winco Commercial-Grade Electric Rice Warmer with Hinged Cover, 100 Cup, Silver - CUCKOO CR-3032 30-Cup (Uncooked) / 60-Cup (Cooked) Large Capacity Commercial Rice Cooker & Warmer with Nonstick Inner Pot, Switch Press (Silver/Black) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/25309808-hamilton-beach-80675-permanent-gold-tone-filter-8-to-12](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/25309808-hamilton-beach-80675-permanent-gold-tone-filter-8-to-12) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-14*
