The Jackson case for this model is ill-fitting and this guitar model doesn't work well with a floor stand because of it's offset "V" shape, so I had to find a better solution. The hand looks awesome, is very sturdy, and has a padded area to protect the guitar's finish. This hanger fit my Jackson very well and should fit most other electric guitar headstock designs, you just twist the hand left or right until your guitar hangs straight. The hand hangs the guitar far enough away from the wall to prevent banging. Install in four easy steps: first: find a stud and drill a pilot hole using a 3/16" drill bit, second: screw the provided screw into the hand, finger tight, third: screw hand onto the wall until it is fairly tight, last: hang guitar and adjust the hand left or right as needed to hang guitar straight.
