It's great. It keeps the mess off the floor and is pretty easy to clean. My only issue is with liquids--it's kind of terrible and hard to dry off due to the mesh-like material. I ended up just having to let it drain over night (my new kitten has a tendency to balance her front paws on the edge of the water dish, and somehow flipped it over). Overall it's great, though.
