A: I’m sorry I don’t know, I think these help with general daily support but I haven’t run in them

A: If they are insoles that you have put in, take them out before putting the new insoles in, if the insoles are part of the manufactured shoe leave them in

A: I can’t know the really measure but uk are bigger size,maybe best way to go to shops and measure then you can buy online

**Q: Are these suitable for running?**
A: Yes. I am a long distance runner and I bought these specifically for my running shoes, for arch support and a tiny bit of pronation support (I have a neutral gait and use neutral running shoes). I wear them for every run, up to marathon distance. They’re excellent. They don’t feel hard or uncomfortable at all. Hope that helps.
