**Q: Is it safe to do weighted on these? Such as barbell squats or deadlifts?**
A: Yes, I use these for squats with the barbell all the time to elevate my heels. For deadlifts I’ve use the wedges the opposite way to elevate my toes/front of my feet while keeping my heels grounded (reinforces the hinge for better hip extension). I use it more for barbell squats than deadlifts.

**Q: Will this increase my ankle mobility to help me squat deeper?**
A: Yes they will.  Elevating your heels will Put more emphasis on your quads when squatting. If you have trouble keeping your heel flat on the ground when squatting, this will help you.

**Q: Can you use these wedges to do calf raises?**
A: Positive
You can use these wedges to do calf raises, three different heights for better stretching.

**Q: Do anyone have trouble with them sliding around the floor or sliding apart when the wedges are stacked?**
A: The wedge blocks are stable and not slide when used individually or stacked.  The blocks are of high quality and dense.
