The length will not fit your body length. I have no doubt this would be a great product if it would fit natural to the body. I'm a nurse with back issues and this piece of equipment allows me to strengthen my core muscles without causing back pain, like sit-ups would. All it takes is 10 minutes a day, at home or on the go. Adjustable handles and resistance bands easy to use. I have had a C-section and its hard to target lower abdomen muscles, but with AbXcore lower abdomen muscles are targeted.
