The “B” team at Kohler must’ve made this one, because the holes are off center-so the seat is off center about an inch. Sometimes it loosens up, so then it shifts as it doesn’t have the complete base to sit on. I ordered in Nov but wasn’t able to install until March or April because of construction. Too late to return.2) don’t buy this unless you are extremely tall, or physically challenged and absolutely need the 20” high (with seat) bowl. I bought it to “age in place” but for the next 20 years or so, I have to sit with tip-toes! Our other toilet is “chair height” at 18” and it’s perfect.I found this at HD but it’s only offered as the toilet, without tank and seat. I liked that this was a complete offering, and runs about the same price as individually purchasing each piece. I wish I’d had this after my knee surgery, but vowed to get one for future aging.
