A: They will replace by sending you a new box.  But you have to cut out the bar code from your existing box and send it to them.

A: There are no numbers on the back.. its a challenging puzzle but great feeling when you have completed

Great for a Harry Potter fans, but I would not call them impossible. Have done it in one afternoon. Not as challenging as I would expect from 'impossible puzzles'.
