We buy this regularly & keep it on hand as a regular staple. As with ALL homeopathics be sure to take it in a clean mouth (swish with some plain water before taking it). It is best NOT to brush your teeth, eat, or drink anything other than water for at least 15 mins. 30 is even better, but 15 works. There have been times when we've had to eat after 5 minutes & still reaped the benefits, so don't put too much thought into it. Just do your best. I WILL purchase it again & other Hyland's products! I literally have a few OTC pain meds, etc in our cabinet that we might use once every 4-5 years. Since I have really gotten into homeopathics the past few years, we have only had to use a RX med once, which is great in a large family, & that was for strep that kept lingering for one kiddo, even though the others beat it naturally. That doesn't mean we don't catch bugs, etc., but we have been able to get well again without drugs. I'm full of energy now *by M***E on June 25, 2022* I found myself looking at some videos on medical astrology & came across these cell salts. I was actually looking for a specific one under my sign (star) so to speak to see if it'll treat my anemic symptoms of fatigue, dehydration, constipation, etc. I didn't like my over-reliance on iron pills. Every 2 days, I had to take one just to end up tired at the end of the day. I know this package said to take 4, I have a sensitive stomach so I decided to try 1 at 5am. to start my day with some breakfast. I felt heat in my feet and it has been difficult to get me off my feet since. I have much more energy. It has only been 3 weeks. I take one at 5am to start my work week on a monday and have not had a need to take another one til at least friday/saturday. I have not gone back to taking iron pills. I am less dehydrated & constipated I will be doing blood work in a few weeks & hope to see an improvement in my hemoglobin levels. I normally am at a 9- or 10 with iron pills.
