Apple and Walnut Cake Ingredients for the cake: 250g self-raising flour, 250g butter, 125g caster sugar, 125g soft brown sugar, 4 eggs, 2 1/2 eating apples, 50g walnuts, 1 lemon, zested. One ready, fry the pork until golden and crisp, pour over the delectable syrup mixture with 100ml of water. Turn up the heat to allow the sauce to boil and reduce. Once cooked, serve the pork with spring onions, coriander and roasted peanuts for the perfect sweet and tangy meal.
