I'm always on the look out for a good item to keep me comfortable during grilling and the sweat out of my eyes. This has an elastic band on the back and vented on top. Very light weight and the fit is comfortable out of the box. 5/29/16 Ok worked a 12 hour catering event and this head piece worked outstanding! It was well over a 100 standing in the middle of 3 large grills. The fit was comfortable and nether bothered me, the vent top worked great. No sweat dripping in my eyes.
