I looked through and read so many reviews and came across the shock doctor ultra. I have worn it to teach now for a couple of weeks and it is AMAZING!! because of the hinges down each side of my knee there is no way it can rotate or move where I dont want it to, it is held still and in place. I dont wear it all day as I need my knee, muscles, ligaments to work and recover but for the classes it is brilliant. I wanted to do a review in case there is any instructors out there looking for something. It is more expensive but so worth it I promise you.
