Review: I love this bracelet - I first used a magnetic bracelet about 20 years ago for a dodgy knee - and it really seemed to help. Recently, I've developed arthritis in my thumb so I thought I'd try magnets again but decided to buy a new bracelet. Contrary to some reviews, the tool supplied to remove links is brilliant. It works well and is a 'piece of cake' to use. The clasp is strong & positive and will not release unexpectedly. I chose 'Black' and it looks smart but not too obvious. The quality is very good and I like wearing it. I feels slightly heavy at first but very soon you don't notice it on your wrist. As to my thumb... I have only worn my bracelet for a few days but already the pain is significantly reduced and the strength is returning. It's early days but having had success years ago with my knee (with a less 'powerful' magnet), I'm confident my new purchase will help. Overall, I'm delighted with the MagnetRX bracelet. .

**Q: Why do the magnets feel so weak? Should I return and ask for a replacement? I ordered the maximum strength version but it does not feel strong.**
A: How are you gauging the magnetic strength? We use scientific guass meters to test the magnets on our products. These are powerful 3,500 gauss neodymium magnets. These magnets are designed for deep penetration. They are not designed to lift objects. If you are making your judgment by what they can lift or attract to, that is not an accurate method to measure these magnets. They are deep penetrating magnets, meaning you can feel the magnetism from a distance from the actual magnets, which is important for effectiveness in the wrist.

**Q: Does this bracelet help with insomnia?**
A: It didn't help me with insomnia

**Q: Why is there a 3 month subscription service? Does this bracelet stop having any benefits after 3 months?**
A: I’m not to sure about any subscription service, all I can say my bracelet is still working and the magnets are still as strong as the day I started wearing it.

This bracelet was delivered in good time. It was a little large for me and a couple of links needed to be removed. It comes with a tool to do this. However, the links were difficult to remove and the tool broke. I emailed the firm direct and received a reply within 20 minutes, stating that they would send me another tool. The next day the new tool arrived. It looked like an upgraded version of the original tool and worked well. Although I cannot comment on the efficacy of the bracelet yet, it looks good, is comfortable and now fits well. The customer service of MagnetRX is truly excellent and deserves praise both for the promptness, efficiency and effectiveness of their after sales support.
