But this morning I did feel more energy during my workout and not as fatigued when I was doing my metcon this morning. I'm not sure if that was the BCAA or maybe I had a goodnight's sleep....but I do think it has something to do with taking it before I went to workout. Looking forward to experiencing more results from this product! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars What a change for me!!! *by T***A on Reviewed in the United States on June 25, 2016* I have been taking this product now for 2 months. I take them before my workout and I am amazed with the results! I have had many illnesses and injuries in the past, so my workouts are in the pool. I have been doing lap swimming for 60 minutes, 6 days a week. I, also, have fibromyalgia and Type 2 diabetes, so when I first increased my workout intensity, I was sore and so tired. After adding this product, I have so much energy and very minimal soreness. I don't mind a little soreness at night, that way I know I am doing some good. Most importantly for me is, I am finally losing weight! I have lost 18 pounds, thus far, averaging about 2 pounds a week. I weigh measure and record all my food intake and eat every 2-3 hours, which has been life changing for me. Adding in this product just gives me that extra boost and energy I truly need. Getting my eating habits under control, cutting out all sugars and processed foods, weighing and measuring all my foods, drinking between 80 - 100 ounces of water a day, taking the BCAA before my workouts have been a huge success for me and I am now off all insulin and down on my medications! My lab work has improved dramatically and my doctor is more than pleased with my progress. I really think adding in BCAA has made me able to do this and stick with it consistently! --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/24274292-bcaa-potent-1600mg-branched-chain-amino-acid-capsules-extra-strong](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/24274292-bcaa-potent-1600mg-branched-chain-amino-acid-capsules-extra-strong) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-11-01*
