However, if your work top was only 40mm thick you would need a bit more than 14mm gap under the worktop to the top of your fridge. Obviously worse if your worktop is thinner, better if thicker. **Q: Dont seem to have actual dimensions of the hob. Just package dimensions. could you let me have actual hob dimensions. Thanks** A: Karinear 4 zone hob is 59cm wide x 52cm deep, see photos **Q: Are the control knobs easy to clean/remove?** A: They are easy to clean with a soapy cloth, and then dried with a kitchen towel. You can also use a piece of paper to sweep out any crumbs from beneath them. Image as it is, excuse the mess 🫣 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic quality *by S***Y on 18 February 2026* True to size, easy to fit and fantastic quality ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Karinear KNC-D46003 - a good all round ceramic hob *by K***N on 9 June 2021* The hob looks smart and as expected. We have used it for a week now with no problems and it cooks our food fine. Some comments: * The controls settle on each number rather than moving continuously but that's fine and no doubt intended. * The hot-hob sensor lights are very sensitive and respond to neighbouring rings even if their surface is only slightly warm. * Recognising which control is for which ring could be made easier if each had a corresponding coloured spot and an easily visible pointer (white or coloured) on each control would be useful since from a distance all controls vertically aligned could mean all rings are off or all set to 6. * The hob surface does form marks easily but these can be removed with a hob cleaner paste. I go careful on the marked-out rings as these seem to be painted on the surface and could be easily damaged.
