I ordered the 'D' size. Make sure you measure accurately both flacid and erect. Put it on before any lube and place as close to the base as you can. It sometimes helps to use a pump to speed up the engorgement, but once you're there, it pretty much stays there while wearing. I do take other pharma enhancers to, but this is by far the most effective device for me. She may be overwhelmed by the results. Once I'm plump I am desensitized a bit, but that is a good thing usually. Use a desensitizer if premature ejac is an issue for you.
