氷を一度煮沸して冷ましたもので作ると、フワフワ氷具合が更に増します。老舗のお店ほどとは行きませんが、普通の喫茶店程度のと比べたら断然美味しいので、かなりいいです。しかも電動だから早いのもやっぱり便利！ドウシシャさんに問い合わせたら、刃だけや刃のついたケースだけ、というパーツ単位での購入も出来るそうなので、何年も使ってたとえ刃がダメになったりしても安心です。といっても、濡れたまま放置して、サビさせたりとかしなければ、長く持ちそうです。

お店のスライス感のあるかき氷ってわけではないが、一応フアっとしてるし、家庭用では十分かと思いますね。ま〜専用の容器に水を入れ冷凍庫イン。セット後スイッチオン。爆音が鳴り響き完成。夜中にマンションやアパートだときついかも？
