Cranberry Pistachio & Orange Stollen (Gluten-Free and Vegan)

I have only ever tasted usual Italian stollen from the shop, they are usually quite dry to taste but OMG, you really have to try these! They are very fruity and nutty. They are so different from usual stollen from the shop. These Elizabeth ones are moist and soft to bite and yet light enough to enjoy more than one piece. The packaging is lovely. The sliver tin makes it a perfect Christmas present for friends and family. I will definitely be buying again xx

Stunning! No grainy, floury after taste, doesn't disintegrate the second you touch it but still light and soft and full of subtle flavours. Absolutely beautiful, thank you so much.

Taste is brilliant, not too orangey, only disappointment is the is no marzipan inside, but as I'm coeliac I can not be too fussy, other than that it tastes fantastic, it would be great for a present.

Honestly, it doesn't taste like your traditional Stolen, but the flavour is nearly enough to the real thing, and for a GF cake, it is pretty impressive and absolutely lovely!!!! It melts in your mouth without a cardboard consistency like many other cakes GF sweets! Spot on for me.

A stollen, in my opinion, usually has a marzipan/ almond paste component. This didn’t, and tasted like a too dry cake. I also didn’t understand the different sizes. Why?Overall very disappointing.

I loved this item. This is the first time I have had stollen and I am a Coeliac, so it was perfect and my family enjoyed sharing it with me too. I would definitely buy this again and would recommend it for Coeliacs.

I love Stollen and it is probably one of the things I have missed since being on a Gluten-free diet so when I saw this I had to try it. And I wasn't disappointed, it is lovely. Not quite the same texture an normal, a little drier but it tastes lush.

Absolutely loved this Stollen, great taste and texture. Shall be purchasing more for Xmas gifts. Perfect treat.
