A: Yes but I would look at large washers or a metal strap for where it goes through the aluminum to prevent it pulling the screws through the aluminum door when the wind catches it and stresses out the door closer.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Keeps the door from flying away in the wind.

I live in a double-wide mobile and the back door opens out, which can be an issue during times of strong winds. This tethers the door and cushions the sudden stop when it flies open suddenly. Also keeps it from slamming into wall. Installation is pretty straightforward, but I did consult a YouTube video to ensure that I had understood the minimal included instructions. The only slight problem was the nail that came with it that holds the tension spring to the doorframe has a head smaller in diameter than the loop on the end of the spring, so it obviously won’t keep the spring in place for long. I substituted a drywall screw and problem solved. I would buy again. 4 stars because who believes 5-star reviews?
