The seller was quick to respond and replace the fireplace that was damaged and send a new remote. We love the look of this with our new media wall the flame speed, flame colors, and heat option are all great features. Good quality and it was worth the wait!I’m disappointed with this fireplace. We built and addition and just got to the media wall to install the fireplace. The fireplace is bowed in the middle and the remote won’t work after trying several new packs of batteries. I’m going to call the manufacturer as it’s past the time to return it or I would be returning it. Hopefully they will stand behind their product. Is they make it right I will post an updated review.
