The dies are not lining up properly, and the metal is getting caught between the dies, and I do not get a full crimp of the plastic cover and back piece. The badges can easily be pulled apart, and the plastic cover gets cut by the die instead of tucking in as it should. I could get better results by doubling up the plastic, meaning part of the problem is the quality of the materials for the buttons, but I would still get a flat part on the button and a loose crimp.
