## Description

Central to Chantal's Scandinavian Collection is this 1.8 quart (56 oz, 7 cup) Oslo electric kettle. Straight lines and a comfortable handle that resembles blond wood result in a design that is distinctly modern and northern European. A pronounced water level window makes it easy to know how much water remains in the kettle without removing the lid. Lid and handle both stay cool to the touch when boiling water. The interior of the kettle is almost entirely stainless steel making it durable for years of continual use. The limited plastic components that come in contact with water are all non-toxic and BPA-free. Boil-dry safety protection automatically turns the kettle off when it reaches a full boil. Powerful 1500 watts. Cordless carafe. Available in various colors. 1.8 qt capacity. 1-year Limited Warranty.

Review: Great design but leaks! - Boiling water was efficient up to about 3 months. Discovered puddle of water seemingly coming from around the handle area.
Review: Tried twice- both leaky! - Don’t buy it! We have owned two of these, the first one started leaking around the water level window after a couple months of owning it. We found that if generally, we would only fill it to about 5 cups. It would be OK so we kept on with it for a while. Then we finally replaced it with a new one hoping that it had just been a simple defect. The new one started leaking after two months and will only hold three cups before leaking. And of course it can’t be replaced now. The design and the look of this is just what I wanted, but it’s an expensive electric kettle to be so poorly made.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Scandinavian Design. White. Simple. Works Perfectly.
*by M***. on August 8, 2021*

When my old tea kettle died and couldn't find a modern looking one for my kitchen, was happy to find this one to fit in with my white kitchen. It goes well with all my other countertop appliances. Works so simply and quick to heat. Love the touch of "wood" handle. Not loud or finicky (but very Finnish looking.) If it's the look you like---don't hesitate wondering if it is going to work well. It's awesome. Perfect size too.
