If you're looking for a gel pen, I would recommend our Sarasa gel pens that DO contain fast drying ink that's tested by an independent 3rd party lab to be faster or as fast as the competition. **Q: Is the pressure that is required to use this pen the same as the regular Zebra Sarasa 1.0mm? I had a hand injury and need to apply little pressure.** A: Not familiar with the Sarasa 1.0mm. The Z-grip pens require a normal amount of pressure. I do a lot of writing and the pressure doesn't bother me, but I've not had a hand injury so I can't speak to that. To go with less pressure I'd think you need a gel based pen like the pilot G-2 pen.
