Where is the complete list?** A: Ingredients are on the back of each packet. That being said it should be listed on Amazon because the worst part is the 500 mg sodium chloride per packet. If you were to drink four packets a day that is the max salt intake for an adult. This is dangerous and my opinion as a nurse, it can cause problems like hypernatremia. There are other sports drinks that are similar with packets such as this that have less than 80 mg of salt. I like that this one is subtle in taste and has a lot of immune support. I have tried the other immune support flavors, but again, they aren't a favorite like this one.
