**Q: How could you actually expect a payment for this junk?**
A: I felt the same way when I got mine. Incredibly disappointing. I’m surprised Amazon still allows this product to be up for sale, it’s complete garbage!

**Q: Will it do Index stock?**
A: I have used 110lb index  stock

**Q: How many papers can it do at once?**
A: I do not do a lot of papers at once, just don’t. The punch does work well on laminated papers.
