I bought it to help with illnesses at certain times of the year. I end of using it year round now. It has such a nice small too it. I mean it really smells great, even my kids love the smell of it. They are always asking what oil I am diffusing. I also add to clove oil and water to wipe down things in my house to keep germs at bay. This stuff is great! Get some for your house and get rid of germs. I was told by my chiropractor to use this when anyone in my family was coming down sick with a cold. When my husband started to feel ill (many people at his work were coming into the office with colds and flu), I rubbed a drop of this on the bottom of his feet and he was much better the next day. If I feel like I'm coming down with a cold, I will rub a drop into the bottom of my feet and it seems to take care of the problem. The only issue with this oil is that you need to wash it off of your hands asap. I had an awful allergic reaction on my hands, which took about a week of treatment to heal.
