Recipe I use: 1.5 cups dry elbow macaroni (Boil, drain, return to empty pot as a convenient mixing bowl) 3 Tablespoons white cheese powder 3 Tablespoons milk (Mix the milk and cheese powder together in a little bowl.) 2 Tablespoons butter (Dump the butter in with the drained noodles and swish it around until it dissolves.) (Stir the milk-and-cheese-powder in.) Tastes like Annie's white cheddar mac & cheese. Price breakdown vs. boxed mac & cheese: Those 3 Tablespoons of cheese powder weigh 23 grams, so a 2 lb tub of the powder can make the equivalent of cheese powder packets in 39 boxes of mac & cheese.
