I am not at all disappointed, it is very sturdy and comfortable to use. I looked at a YouTube demonstration before using it. It definitely changes your breathing pattern and help you to take deeper breaths. I will purchase this device three times over if need be but this will last for some time. **Q: Suspicious this product is american made, is "in stock", ships from philadelphia, but takes 9-15 days to deliver it 650 miles away. why so long?**
A: Hello. Because covid19 has all types of shipping delays. We ship USPS first class mail. Realistically, it should be delivered within 1-5 days. So we would rather under promise and over deliver with our estimated time frames. Our inventory should arrive at amazon soon and then you can get PRIME 2 day delivery if you dont want it shipped from our PA warehouse. 

The last thing we want to do is make our customers angry by giving an estimated delivery time and having it arrive late.

**Q: Is this a mouth breather or nose breather?**
A: Primarily mouth breathing exercise - but i can imagine uing it for nose bteathing exercises...

**Q: Can you use this while running or biking?**
A: No, Its intended to be used as its own independent workout.

**Q: What resistance should you start with?**
A: Start with it fully open and as you advance start closing it for more resistance. Ultimately you should start with what feels most comfortable.
