The endlinks mate well with the watch body and the fit-and-finish of the links is quite good. The band is long enough that unless one has monster wrists, you'll need to remove some links. Fortunately it's easy to do so as long as you have the proper sized jeweler flatblade screwdriver. Cons - the first time I received this bracelet the endlinks were not properly sized and I had to return the band for a replacement. The replacement band fit perfectly though, so all is good. If I want to nit-pick, I'd like to have a diver's extension for the bracelet like one finds on Seiko Prospex OEM bracelets. Pros - Solid and well made. The clasp opens easily, but the locking mechanism means it won't open accidentally as with some cheaper bands. Easy to remove links. Bottom line - it's a good looking band that fits the watch very nicely.
