I used to be able to get pegboard hooks that actually fit snuggly into the pegboard holes.Well, my request was answered by the National Mfg Co.These are really good pegboard hooks. They fit a 1/4" diameter pegboard hole perfectly. They are nice and snug, so the hooks don't pull out when you remove a tool from them. NO PLASTIC "LOCKS" NEEDED!!!!I purchased the 1-1/2" curved hook, 5/8" curved hook and the 1-1/2" angle hook. They all fit my pegboard nice and snug!Thank you National Mfg. The 'Hodor' of pegboard hooks. *by M***S on Reviewed in the United States on December 24, 2014* Yeah, it's just a pegboard hook, but like others here, I've tried a lot of them and been frustrated by what should just be a simple, sturdy piece of metal. So many of them are cheap, don't fit well, or have an additional piece of plastic to secure them (which takes up adjacent holes). These hooks by National MFG fit snugly but are not overly tight, have the secondary securing support so the hook doesn't sway side to side, and are robust in thickness. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Solid pegs with some slight fit issue (not too bad) *by R***R on Reviewed in the United States on December 12, 2013* These are some sturdy pegs and do their job. I will say that I had some difficulty getting a few of the pegs in the board due to fit issues. This is the right gauge metal wire they are made from but some have the dimensions just a bit off where you have to struggle a bit to get it in the board.
