Review: Mix it with flour and make protein dense chapatis - I mix it with wheat flour and make chapatis out of it. Makes my meal healthier also makes sure when I'm eating chapatis they are more protein and vitamin dense than carb dense. I cant cut off cereals from my diet as I just cant feel full on a salad or juice diet but this addition sorts that bit out for me. Its plain and unflavoured and taste and smells like rice powder. I cant drink it mixing with water as it tastes like rice flour and if I mix sugar it'll make it calorie dense. Mixing with wheat flour or besan works well for me though. I like the fact that there's no added flavour or preservative in this. I see much improvement in my energy levels after its regular intake. Will buy another pack when its over.
