I like the ease of use. This particular Trophy Skin UltradermMD has a monumental task of trying to soften and minimize 70 years of carefree living, will see if there is visual difference in a couple of months.

I love this Trophy Skin Ultraderm MD. My daughter a few years ago was going thru her cosmetology school and their machine broke down. My daughter used it the most and was devastated that she had nothing to practice on. I bought her this machine and her instructor was so impressed that she bought one too. I bought one myself but didn't use it for a year. I started using it when my husband left me for a younger woman. Hurt but determined to find the best me I started using it and I started to notice the lines and wrinkles going away. Deep Wrinkles became fine wrinkles. No I look as younger than the chick who stole my husband. I got plenty of 2nd looks now too from other men. And guess who is back with me now and happy to have me as his arm candy. If not, I'm sure other men would appreciate my new found youthful look for a 56 year old woman. (I no longer look in my 50's) Buy this today. Gave one to my other daughter now so she stays youthful looking.

I’ve had a lesser quality hand held microdermabrasion machine and decided to upgrade. So glad I did!! I exfoliate regularly and was used to seeing skin in the filter of my other machine, but WOW!! This did a stunning job on the auto setting… probably twice the amount of dead skin removed! I love the fact that the machine guides the user in the auto setting. Great purchase!

Very disappointed in this. After multiple uses I can't see any changes. As far as I'm concerned it's a rip off.

I've used this about 6 times over the course of 6 weeks and having difficulty seeing where it is making any difference in my skin (face, neck or chest). It does have a bit of a learning curve to avoid bruising and some redness. I would suggest using the auto mode first and go slow and work on technique then work on speed. It's too late to return it so I'll keep using it to see if it makes a difference. Bought it based on reviews of improvement in mild skin discolorations, mild wrinkles and to brighten the skin a little. Will update if I notice any changes, good or not so good.

Easy to use, but motor is loud!

This product mainly uses coarse mechanical scraping combined with strong suction to remove dead skin or dry skin patches. The exfoliating tip is lined with a ground “diamond” tip that is basically like using sandpaper on your skin, then the tube uses a really strong suction to suck up the flakes that got scraped off.It does do the job, especially if you really press it in, scrub at your skin and set it to high suction, but I really cannot imagine that this is good for your skin over time. I have young, elastic skin and I’m willing to do what it takes to get rid of my dry patches so that my makeup goes on smooth, but I can definitely tell that I’m going to regret having used it in 10 years or so.Currently I use it once every 2-3 weeks, but for the love of god don’t use it regularly. If you use it more often you will definitely get damaged and wrinkly skin.

I had the basic model before and the suction was great. This model, however, you could put on a baby's cheek. And it wouldn't hurt, there's no suction.

I also got it for a great price. They make a great birthday gift. And they work well

It does what it says and it does it good.One star less as the lid is a bit flimsy and only fully opens or closes, however if you want it in any other position you need to lean it on something.The main program is easy to use, the other two are a bit harder to find out how to use to get your best results.

Know what you buying..It better to buy a fine scrub than buying this device, as it only does scrubbing and suction, i use Charlotte Tilbury mask/ moisturiser for smooth application unfortunately i can notice my pores getting larger in my first use! This device is not worth to buy to just gonna ruin my skin even more.
