I run a minimum of three and a half miles almost every day. I have a need for a stability shoe and these fit the bill perfectly. They are cushy without feeling slow. After running 7 miles total in them over the last two days I have noticed a decrease in fatigue in my lower legs that is very noticeable. I normally wear a 10.5 in an athletic shoe and these fit exactly as expected. I would highly recommend to anyone for a training shoe... after I get a longer run in I will edit this review to include that information as well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great shoe but runs a bit small, go up a half size *by C***T on Reviewed in the United States on March 5, 2020* A great shoe! Just be aware they run a half size small. We bought a 7.5 (the size we buy for regular work shoes and such) originally but it was too tight. But an 8 fit perfectly. So go up a half a size from what you would normally get based on your regular shoes. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good substitute for Gel Kayano narrow shoes *by K***E on Reviewed in the United States on January 9, 2020* When Asics stopped issuing its Gel Kayano shoes in narrow sizes this year, I began looking for another model that both fit my feet and offered substantial cushioning for my arthritic knees. The GT-2000 shoe turns out to be a reasonable substitute, even though it is a bit less cushioned than the Gel Kayano.
