This helps me avoid sitting for long hours to avoid back issues. However, even after standing up for long I take breaks with sitting. That being said, I needed a high stool that is adjustable depending on my needs.The chair was a breeze to set up and took me about 5 minutes. Once assembled it is relatively light and I was able to position it to where I wanted in no time. All of that being said, there is one major drawback (that I fixed) - the base of the chair is not very stable and if you are on carpet it will wobble if you shift your weight. Since I have an old computer/office chair lying around I decided to swap out the bases since my computer chair had wheels as well as a wider base.
