Avec cet appareil vous pouvez voir très facilement le rendu des 15 couleurs du test normalisé, notamment R9 qui correspond à un rouge vif. Le Ra est généralement calculé sur les 8 premières couleurs (R1 à R8), si bien que la valeur R9 n'est pas prise en compte ! Par exemple une ampoule LED standard blanc chaud à Ra de 80 donne généralement un rendu du rouge vif R9 voisin de zéro : ca ne veut pas dire que le rouge ne se voit pas mais qu'il est déformé, il ressemble à un rouge passé au soleil, ou tirant vers le orange ou le marron, pour donner une idée. It does seem to do exactly what I was wanting it to do; measure the light spectrum for horticultural usage. It is fairly easy to use; right out of the box.
