Review: Nice, heavy duty bag for brining - Great product. Very good size to accommodate a 14 pound plus turkey and seemed to have ample space for a 20 pound bird. Thick bad with nice double zip top closure. It can be a little challenging to get it started to seal. I chose to leave a small section engaged to help in resealing.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Could these bags be used for Sous Vide cooking?**
A: Not sure. They are huge, so not sure it’s practical to use in sous vide cooking. We always vacuum seal for that.

**Q: can this be used in hot water (110 degrees F)?**
A: I did not use it with hot water but it seems very strong and my guess is it would be okay. Maybe the manufacturer will answer you.

**Q: How do you open these bags? both arrived sealed shut and i cannot open either one.**
A: I used a small needle nose plier. Carefully gripper one side with the tip of needle nose plier and the other side with my fingers. The pliers allow you to easily separate the two sides. Careful you do not want to damage the seal. Good luck.

**Q: Are these reusable ?**
A: no, it has a lot of germs after brined the turkey, so I don't think it is reusable.
