We tested it on a 2006 diesel plow truck, a 2007 Honda CR-V, and a 2022 Nissan Armada, and it worked well on all three. It’s fast and gives you more detail than the last one we owned. It’s just like the more expensive one our relative uses in his shop, but much less $$! My fiancé’s only “complaint” is kind of wishing he had went with the wireless version. So far he wouldn’t have needed it, but then he starts to think about the future and is like well if I wanted to…. We are very happy with it! There is one thing that we were not able to find and it was for the oil pressure data on the plow truck, so there’s a bit of a learning curve. We know it’s got low oil pressure and aren’t using it until it’s fixed, but it seemed a good spot to demo this as there are so many codes currently coming through it. Our son has an automotive shop & has been mentioning maybe borrowing it for this or that. That tends to mean permanently borrow, so we are trying to keep it from leaving our hands because this scanner has gone above and beyond what we’ve had in the past and what we were expecting it to be.
