Review: Epson EB-FH52 focus problems - For some reason, the Epson EB-FH52 is listed as the EB-1795F. A great machine, with a few issues. I had to send the first machine back as there's a problem with focus on the whole image. Either the left would be fully in focus, or the right, after playing with the focus ring. The second one was slightly better, but has the same issue. We just couldn't be bothered to send it back. I've read online that this is an issue inherent with Epson projectors now as they only use one screw to hold certain parts in place, and shoddy alignment. The website projectorjunkies has more information on this The second big issue for me is that although there are two HDMI ports on the machine, you can't do split screen display with two HDMI inputs. Overall, a vast improvement on the last projector we had, but considering the money we spent, they could have had some decent QC at least.
