But the taste and texture of this bar was not to my liking. Way too gritty. ### ⭐ Salty. Ugh. Taste is unpleasant. What a waste of the majestic buffalo. *by F***A on July 25, 2023* After having eaten almost 1/2 a bar, even for survival food... for food to take on the go / long trips, I'd never choose this. I almost bought a bunch of it for that purpose and I'm REALLY glad I decided to try it first. I suppose I'd be thrilled to find it even in a garbage dump were I to be absolutely starving, but even then, would there be enough potable water around to drink for combating the excessive saltiness? I think I'll figure out how to make pemmican. This stuff gives me the heebeejeebies just thinking about eating it again. I apologize to the majestic buffalo for its having had to be ground up into this vile product. ## Frequently Bought Together - Epic Provisions Beef Sea Salt & Pepper Bar, 1.3 Oz - EPIC PROVISIONS Sea Salt & Pepper Venison Bar, 1.3 OZ - Epic Provisions, Bison Bacon Cranberry Bar, 1.3 Ounce --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/231858438-epic-provisions-beef-sea-salt-and-pepper-bar-1-3](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/231858438-epic-provisions-beef-sea-salt-and-pepper-bar-1-3) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-22*
