Review: A very good buy. - A very good product. Bought it for my husband’s elderly aunt as it was described as lightweight which it is. Easy to assemble, good charging port. Cleans the carpet very well for its size. So good that we are buying another one for ourselves.
Review: It does a lot more than you would expect. - I bought this out of desperation. My dog attacked a feather pillow, and my house is full of feathers. You would not believe just how many feathers there are. My broom won't move them, my stick vacuum just seems to spread them around. I ordered this almost as a last resort. The down side is that it is very slow, but it can move the feathers. So it is definitely an impressive tool for the money. In fact, where I have moved some feathers, there is deep down grit that my stick vacuum had left as well as the damned feathers. This is really quite impressive, and definitely has earned its 5* rating. However I have ordered a Vax pet cleaner, and that is the next challenge for this little sweeper. So currently its only possible rival has cost £160. So it really is taking on the big boys. Although I have spoken to a carpet cleaner, and he laughed and told me to buy a carpet rake, apparently it is the only way to solve the issue, but I had to leave a review of this amazing bit of kit. *Edited to include this* Final order of results. The winner for picking up feathers is the £150 pet vacuum cleaner. That is probably not surprising. Second, was this little JML electric broom for about £22 Third was my stick vacuum that cost about £140 And finally my 'special' broom that cost about £25 and is supposed to charge electrostatically and attract detritus (it doesn't appear to do that though 😁) So, low cost and simple it may be, but it is a really capable bit of kit 👍

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Hi. How does it actually work?**
A: It’s very simple, battery operated, pushes easily on both hard floors and carpet doing a quick clean up. Very light. Gets into tight spaces, we love it.

**Q: Do the wheels mark pale floor tiles?**
A: Good Morning

The wheels are not designed to leave black marks on floors they are just supposed to glide the swivel sweeper across the floor.

Kind regards
JML

**Q: How long do you have to charge for**
A: Hello,
Thank you for your message.
The Swivel Sweeper takes 8 hours to charge on first charge then 5 hours after that.
Thanks
JML Customer services

**Q: will i be able to get a complete set of replaceable brushes, for my chillmax sweeper, A000955**
A: Thank you for your query.
I can advise that JML do not stock or supply spare parts for the Swivel Sweeper.
You may be able source these online.
Many Thanks Team JML

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ How do you get spare parts when they have broken?
*by E***N on 8 April 2024*

We bought this a year ago and it has been very useful. Recently only half of the rollers were working and, as an engineer, I took it apart to see where the problem lay. One of the plastic bevelled gears had sheared off so the rotation was not being communicated to the other rollers. Just need a new gear. Searching on Amazon did not find any spare parts or a contact address for JML. The “ reporting a fault” button on the previous order form does not work either. Will I have to throw it away? Seems a shame as it is a good sweeper and a waste of resources for the want of a little plastic bevel gear which I am happy to pay for. So good machine for one year but getting support is impossible.
