**Q: Bought two of these, tried in Samsung an rca, cable will not plug into television.what solution?**
A: The input plugs into a digital/optical audio output port on the TV.  If your TV doesn't support this, then I don't believe there is any solution.  It is a digital to analog converter and won't work the other way around.

**Q: it says fiber cable is included?**
A: Yes. It is included.  And I also bought this item to connect the Bluetooth.

**Q: Would it work properly to send audio from tv (digital) to home theater (RCA/analog)?**
A: Yes. That is what this unit is meant for. If your tv is Dolby digital be sure to get an adapter that is Dolby compatible.

**Q: Does it work on RCA with 5.1 receiver (5 speakers, 1 subwoofer)?**
A: No, The analog output is in stereo....left and right. Just two speakers. The subwoofer should get signal from the crossover in the receiver.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does what it's supposed to do at a great price

I'm using this little DAC so I can get the audio from my Roku to my old Denon receiver. I use the optical digital output from my TV into this little box and a regular stereo interconnect into my receiver. This DAC only handles PCM stereo, so you have to make sure the TV is set to output PCM stereo from the digital output. Doing this varies with different makes of TV, but the control is there in the audio settings, you just have to find it for your TV. Once hooked up with the proper TV settings, this works like a charm. The output is a little low, meaning that I have to turn up the receiver's volume a bit more than when listening to the output from my cable box, but that's what volume controls are for. Sound is pretty good, especially for a $14 DAC. The included optical cable is a "throwaway" quality item; mine was almost impossible to get into the converter itself and broke when I tried removing it. Considering a good quality optical cable would cost almost as much as this DAC, I don't really see that as a problem. Just realize you might want to order a better quality optical cable along with this DAC if you don't already have one. The included power supply is a plus and seems to be of good quality. Overall, this item does the trick and costs only $14. What more could you ask for?
