She also always wished she had water when she did a long walks but had no easy way to carry it. This belt solved all of those problems! She loved it and it was not bulky or in the way when she was walking or running. It's lightweight and the right size and she immediately started talking about how much she liked it. Her phone and keys fit easily in the front pocket in the water bottles when full don't add too much weight. It holds my Iphone in its case, a gel pack, and my pepper spray. The water bottles are large too. This is great for a long run. If you are going for a shorter run, it will also hold smaller bottles. The only problem I have it that it tends to slide up on my waist. I don't know if I don't have it tight enough, but it still works fine. I like running with my water bottles, whether I drink them or not, it is a comfort to know I have them if I need them.
