**Q: How wide is each prong?  I'd like to know if I can hang tube resistance bands from the metal rings on either end.**
A: We hang resistance bands from the prongs. It works well.

**Q: IS it good enough to hold a 45 pound Olympic barbell?**
A: Hello, it is not recommended to hang an Olympic bar over 1.8 meters on this rack. Mounting this rack too high will affect the experience of hangging other items. We have 5mm thick barbell holders specially designed for Olympic barbell.

**Q: What is the max weight capacity of this product?**
A: I would guess the max weight would depend mostly on the way you mount it to the wall.  The actual rack is very sturdy and I think the wall anchors would fail before the rack.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exactly what I was looking for

So for this product I did some I had never done before, I ordered a product with 0 reviews. It was risky but the company's other products had good reviews and this was the only thing on Amazon that met all the criteria I wanted for a hanger in my garage gym. 1) it is black 2) it had more than 8 hooks 3) it didn't have the manufacturer's name etched into like Rogue or some of the other companies. That may make sense if you are buying all your stuff from one place but not if you have some stuff from Amazon, some stuff from Rogue, Titan, etc. 4) it came with the installation hardware. Rogue's does not which is shocking. 5) it has places to put 4 screws. Some of the cheaper ones hang with only 2. I was worried it would be a flimsy metal but it is thick, solid and firm. It is not flimsy and could hold much more than I need it to. I am very happy with this product. It is simple yet effective and is a great all around product. I guess it no longer has 0 reviews.
